Welcome from our principal
I’m Gabby Sheather, the Principal, and I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to visit our website. Here at Peterborough School, we proudly support 115 wonderful students from Kindergarten to Year 12, many with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities and complex needs. We’re also honoured to have a diverse community, including 11% of our students from First Nations backgrounds.
Our dedicated team creates a warm, inclusive environment where every student is encouraged to grow and thrive. We use approaches like the Zones of Regulation, Berry Street Education, and Play-Based Learning, tailoring learning programs to meet each student’s unique needs. Whether working towards the Record of School Achievement or the Higher School Certificate, our students receive personalised support every step of the way.
