Individual learning plans
All students are working toward achieving individual outcome success as outlined in their individual learning plan.
Individual SMART goals provide the focus direction of every students' individual learning plan. The support strategies and programs used to achieved SMART goals are included in the plan.
Individual learning plan meetings are scheduled twice each year. They provide the opportunity for parents to discuss student progress with the classroom teacher and also plan the next individual learning plan cycle. Other relevamt personnel such as therapists and support personnel may also attend the meeting.
Individual SMART goals achievment is reported to parents in both the half year and end of year student reports.
